Exercise is Alzheimer’s worst enemy

Stating that physical activity minimizes the risk of Alzheimer’s by enabling the formation of new neurons in the brain, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Unal said, “It was known that new neurons were formed in childhood. Research has shown that regular exercise prevents forgetfulness by creating new neurons.”
